Haiku Sunday

Haikus are the Lowest Form of [Pun] ishment

I’m happy as Larry or maybe happier Larry is in the corner weeping.

Anyway, Le Clown invited me to be a guest blogger – it’s my first time, so please be gentle and no delinquent haddocks please.

So it is poetic work out time, please make all comments in the form of a Haiku or a limerick. Let us get it going – Make it so

Bruce Ruston, Brain Jar

I am a hero
with a square jaw protruding
my fists are a fury

~~~~~~~~
there was a man with a sword
I just had to openly applaud
he picked up the head
from the man he made dead
and said do we have an accord
Next week’s Haiku host: No Blog Intended.
    Who found daily updates a slog
    So he said screw it
  12. I’m really trying to like you
    But I’m tired of all this haiku.
    This early in the morn
    My brain is shop-worn,
    So I’ll I can say is faik you.
    Yes, I know it’s lame
    Too early in the morning
    To think up good verse
  21. There once was a hero called Bruce
    His sword swinging was very loose
    He chopped up Le Clown
    Till his head dangled down
    And his rainbow blood flowed out like juice
    But flesh wound only
    Head now reattached with thread
    Zombie Le Clown walks
