Guest Blogger: Madame Weebles

I’m excited. The culprit? Madame Weebles:

Reason #1: She’s magnificent.
Reason #2: After much googling, I found a picture of her. I’m sharing.
Reason #3: She thinks Geddy Lee is hot. Geddy Lee is Canadian. Le Clown is Canadian. Therefore Le Clown is hot.
Reason #4: Madame Weebles published a guest post on Black Box Warnings. It’s titled Medicate THIS. It’s awesome. BBW just got better. Please read, comment, share, print it.
Reason #5: She’s magnificent.
Reason #6: Madame Weebles’ article (redundant?). Read it: Medicate THIS.

  2. Madame Weebles is the bomb! — Do they still say that? Well, then, she’s the bees knees! How did I miss her guest writing on Black Box Warnings? I have to go back and read it. Have a great day nephew!

  4. Reason #3 right there? Yeah, I’ll be talking to my students next week about the flaws in that kind of argument. Just sayin’.

  5. I’ve been wondering what she looked like…
Smart, funny, AND she looks good in a black catsuit!

  6. Dammit, I told you not to show anyone that photo. Although I always did look better in black & white. Now are you sending Geddy Lee down here as payment for my services? You promised.

  8. I read the excellent post. That live hot chick, Madame Weebles, sure knows how to strut her stuff.

  9. Have already read the post so don’t go yelling at me to GO READ IT NOW! But I did have to go see who Geddy Lee was. OK, so I don’t know the names of most members of most of my all-time favorite bands. So typical of a ping-pong mind. Rush, Styx, Queen, Love, Spirit, Foghat…am I showing my age yet? Oh, yeah…Lawrence Welk. AND…wait for it…Barry Manilow! Quick, back away from the keyboard before you get vomit all over it!

  10. Clown, you should be a talent scout for “cool people.” Thanks for the intro to yet another great blog.

  11. I have nothing against Geddy Lee. He, Neil Peart and the other dude certainly deserve their place among the 100 Rock & Roll Groups of all time, and their omission from the R&R HOF is a shame. While Madam W is indeed magnificent, as you so ably demonstrate through 5 of your six proofs. But I think #3 falls short. Sure, Madam W., for whatever reasons, thinks GL is hot. But since, as I previously mentioned, Rush hasn’t yet made the Hall of Fame, and since you brought nationality into it, I think you’re better off with an A-Lister, and no one–NO ONE–thinks Neil Young is hot.

Forget rock & roll. You’ve got to play to your strengths! Surely there’s a hockey player or comedian that Madame Weebles finds attractive!

    • I know, Smak, I have some unconventional tastes. Most people look at me funny if I mention my thing for GL. However, I’ve been a hockey fan since I was a kid so I’ve had my share of Canadian hockey player crushes. Comedians are a little tougher, though–they’re usually a little odd looking, and not in a good way.

But you’re right about Neil Young. Blechh.

So can we settle on Martin Brodeur then? He’s a hockey player from Montreal. Or how about Georges St. Pierre, who’s also from Montreal and could pummel a personl senseless if he wanted.

      • Madame Weebles,
I know you and I are tight, but there are certain things we do not do on this blog… The only names of hockey players that shall be named here are Habs players. I’ll even accept non-Canadian players to be named IF they are current or ex-Habs player. How about the illustrious Larry Robinson with his manly moustache? Or Guy Lafleur and Samsonesque hair?

  12. Where is the infamous Weebles picture? Do share!

  13. I had a sneaky suspicion MW looked exactly like this, but where is her beloved, evil-eyed gray kitty? And where are the weebles — tucked inside one of the zippers in that onesie pleather ensemble? She is a mystery and that IS her magnificence. :) . Not sure why I’ve not found you before, Le Clown, but I am following you now. Be warned. :) .

  14. Reason #3 makes me think you missed your calling as a lawyer. That’s some serious stretching of the facts right there.
